Shipping

Shipping Process
It may take us from 3 to 8 business days to work on your order. We both work full-time jobs and it may take us longer to work the order. We will work extra hard to ship it as fast as possible.

Returns|Exchanges|Cancellations
We do not accept any returns, exchanges nor cancellation requests. Please make sure you are committed before ordering.

Refunds
We will only offer refunds if we made the error of sending the wrong product/s. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Contact us through the "Contact Us" tab.

Lost|Stolen|Delay Packages
Once the package is shipped out, we have no control over the package. The status and where it was delivered is controlled by the post office, so please understand we do not have information nor cannot do anything on the matter. Delays may happen, please refer to your tracking number to see any messages that the shipping carrier might report.

Tip: if the package says that it was delivered but you never go it, visit your local post office for more information on how to report a lost package.

Customs & Fees
Any additional fees issued by the post office, including customs fees, are to be responsible by the buyer.

Product description and pictures
To better illustrate our art, we will always try to have at least one in-person picture of each products, alongside the image of our art. Please note that for stickers/sticker sheets we might use the image of our art as the primary option. Colors may vary depending on screen lights and phone/computer/tablet models.

Product reviews
If you leave a product review in any of our official websites/pages [thank you by the way!] you are agreeing to let us use your review and/or reshare it to our channels.

Art for fans
Since the art in this collection may be inspired in certain characters/fandoms not by us, please note that if you're the owner and/or representative and would like the items to be taken down please contact ASAP.
